| Great service. Fair and honest. Have been using them for the past year and they have always tried to accomodate my time restrictions. I used to take my volvo to the dealer for repairs and regular service. But find their mechanics just as knowledgable. |

| I am very happy at LKN for 6 years now. They are ALWAYS honest and trust worthy. The work is done quickly and appointments are a breeze. They have even gone out of their way in taking me and my 3 small kids home a few times while the work was being complete! |

| Steve and Jim are the most honest individuals I've ever met. I had a problem adjusting the hot & cold air in my Ford Expedition. The dealer immediately told me it was my blend door actuator and it would cost over $1,000. I spoke to Steve, and was told it would be significantly less than the dealer, so I brought it to Lake Norman Auto & Tire. I got a called, and was told it was a stripped knob, and after replacing it, everything worked fined. He could have easily told me it was the blend door, but he chose honesty. I will never go to any other mechanic to have my vehicles fixed except Steve and Jim of LKN Auto & Tire. Now their my mechanic for my other car too. I've already recommended this place and will continue to do so. Thank you for being HONEST Steve and Jim! |
